GITCS BC Team

The Global Interprofessional Therapeutical Communications (GITCS) BC Team is an ever-expanding team that formed initially across six institutions within BC. Expanding to include collaborators in different countries, professions and fields; the team now consists of representatives from UBC Vancouver, UBC Okanagan, University of the Fraser Valley, Thompson Rivers University, Langara College, Douglas College, Centennial College and Federal University of Goias. If you are interested in joining this team as a collaborator, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The team is currently working hard to continue providing open educational resources and is searching for more ways to make education more accessible to the students. The GITCS-BC team seeks to teach all healthcare practitioners the importance of communication and facilitate active practice through virtual simulations, games and textbooks. Stay tuned for later projects and publications!
